The Stress Relief products smell like spearmint. I put the lotion on at bedtime because I have trouble sleeping. I also get restless WHOLE BODY syndrome (not just legs). You can see I have almost used the entire bottle! I use the spray on days when I feel anxious. I took a picture of both together, so I hope it’s included with this review.
