Refund policy

Cosmetic product may be returned unopened within 30 days of original purchase.
This is for hygienic purposes. Non cosmetic Product must be in unused good
condition within 30 days of the original purchase. If you are not satisfied with
your product for any reason please let us know so we can work on a solution for
you. In order to request a refund, contact Boll Weevil Soap Company at (334)
393-7627. Credit Card and Online Payment returns will be returned to the
original method of payment. Cash returns will be refunded by check within 10
business days. We do not accept checks.
If the product was purchased directly from a Boll Weevil Soap Company
Distributor, the refund must be processed by that Distributor according to their
return policy.
